STEAK OF YOUR CHOICE
 

1. COMBINE PANKO AND ROOM TEMP BUTTER UNTIL WELL COMBINED
2. ROLL BUTTER INTO A LOG USING PLASTIC WRAP AND PLACE IN FRIDGE
3. SEASON STEAKS W/ SALT & PEPPER AND OLIVE OIL
4. CUT BUTTER LOG INTO DISKS ABOUT 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH THICK
5. COOK STEAKS USING GRILL OR PAN SEAR AND FINISH IN OVEN
6. OPEN GRILL OR PULL STEAKS FROM OVEN 2 MIN PRIOR TO YOUR DONENESS LIKING
7. TOP STEAKS WITH BUTTER DISKS AND COVER GRILL OR FINISH UNDER BROILER FOR 2 MIN
8. LET STEAKS REST AT LEAST 5 -10 MIN DEPENDING ON SIZE (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART)
