Butter & Biscuit Co. sells fresh daily baked biscuits, sandwiches, and homemade compound butters that not only go great with our biscuits, but are great with all baked goods, vegetables, meats, fish, seafood and much more.
Founders Joel & Ashley Gilbert were born and raised in the North Chicagoland area where they now reside with their daughter. Butter & Biscuit Co. was founded in the beginning of 2019 as a small company looking to feed customers who care for quality products and ingredients as much as we do.
Joel's love for quality ingredients started when he began his culinary career, working in fine dining restaurants. During his time as a chef he studied many cuisines, but he always had a growing love for comfort food. After a long road in fine dining, he has decided to follow his love of what he considers the "ultimate comfort food," BUTTER & BISCUITS!
Catering & Events
Butter & Biscuit Co. currently can be found at weekend farmers markets in the northern Chicagoland area, but we also cater all events throughout Illinois, and Wisconsin. Weddings, parties, corporate events we cover it all. Ask us about special menus and tastings for your next event.
